Raspberry Mojitos!

It is starting to get HOT! Calor! Calor! Calor!!
Cool down with a nice cold glass of booze!
Mint leaves, fresh raspberries, sugar, white rum, setlzer and lime!
Who'd say no to that?

We rimmed our glasses with some raw sugar.
A classic Cuban mojito is made with sugar cane so the raw sugar gives that traditional feel.

Muddle 2 teaspoons of sugar, mint leaves, raspberries and a squeeze of lime.
This will bring out all the flavors.
You're not making baby food, don't muddle too much.

Add rum, ice, seltzer, more lime and stir!
Then add flourishes...a couple more raspberries, more mint, a shell stirrer? :)

Since when are Latin people scared of heat?!?!
