Sweet coated pecans with a little bit of cinnamon.
Sugar, spice and everything nice!
1 egg white
2 tbs water
1-2 tsp of cinnamon
3/4 cup sugar
a pinch of salt
1 pound pecan halves
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
In a large bowl, beat egg white and water for at least 3 minutes, until foamy.
Slowly add sugar and cinnamon.
Stir in pecan halves and mix until well coated.
Spread on a baking sheet and sprinkle salt.
Bake in oven for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
